These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of unstuckwithbill.com (the “Site”), operated by Bill Ferguson III d/b/a Unstuck With Bill (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, or engaging Bill for coaching services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
The Site provides information about the Unstuck Techniques, Bill Ferguson’s coaching practice, his book “Unstuck,” a podcast, and speaking and workshop engagements. Private coaching sessions are conducted remotely over Zoom and are scheduled directly with Bill; the Site itself does not process payments for coaching services. Copies of the book “Unstuck” are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon, and any purchase is subject to that retailer’s own terms.

Podcast Guest Applications
If you apply to be a podcast guest and are selected, you will be asked to confirm your consent separately before recording, including how you wish to be identified and whether you agree to video or audio-only publication. Submitting an application does not guarantee you will be selected or that any recorded conversation will be published.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Unstuck Techniques framework, written content, and podcast episodes, is the property of Bill Ferguson III / Unstuck With Bill unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
